Customer service Reps, Account Managers, & Processors Needed!
Virtual Insurance Pro provides customer service to the clients of independent insurance agencies. Our home-based workers utilize high speed internet connectivity to access an agency’s agency management system and carrier websites to respond to calls and emails from the agency’s customers. Our remote employees are provided with a dedicated PC, agency management system training and VIP proprietary training. Our qualified account managers all possess solid insurance knowledge and have the ability to “think on their feet”.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in property and casualty insurance (experience with both personal and commercial lines a plus); strong computer literacy skills (must be able to navigate the web and operate multiple software programs simultaneously), and ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team. Property and casualty licenses required for most positions.
